Our contribution to sustainability.
Sustainability needs explanation, knowledge and education. We are committed to education that goes hand in hand with sustainability and, above all, social responsibility.
The selection of our technologies as well as onboarding of our experts follows the principle: Sustainability first!

MoreEach our offers, whether for trainers, academies or companies or for all our customers, is thought through from the very first minute with sustainability and social responsibility in mind. Whether it's our IT infrastructure, the way we implement our product development, or the onboarding of our training partners: We think sustainably and act socially responsibly. Before a seminar is planned and offered as an onsite event, we reconsider the option to make it an online event. If we end up with the decision to implement an onsite event, we guarantee that you won't find any elaborately printed seminar documents in your mailbox, you can download them in a writable format. We also make sure that the type of training is sustainable, because there is enough knowledge in this world. It is the question about how the knowledge can be applied in working life and become relevant in practice, that is important to us. That's why we also work in modules, so the implemention can happen right away between the training sequences.
We love to work as a team, to work together in one place and to leverage synergies. But that doesn't require large buildings or elaborate office facilities for the digital bohemians of tomorrow and New Work 23.0. A large part of our team works remotely, from home. And when we are in the office, it's by train, bike or on foot. Fossil status symbols like company cars are alien to us. And if there's no other way, we travel the last mile to our customers by electric scooter or, if necessary, by car sharing.
Social responsibility is not a potklemkin village for us. We live it every day: whether with our volunteer activities for schools, children's vacation camps, our involvement in sports, in music work, in leadership responsibility in churches and associations or in the facilitation of events and change processes. Our engagement is multifaceted and relevant to the cities we live in. We are networked worldwide and learn daily about the challenges and perspectives of other cultures and world views. And also in this way we make our platform available - at our own expense - to schools and institutions that cannot afford it due to their financial situation of the educational system of their countries. In this meaning we are aiming and reaching for an all accessible and decentralized learning platform.
